Mastercraft Construction were contracted for a small living room extension, relocation and installation of a new kitchen and removal of load bearing walls for a new bathroom / laundry layout in this tired rendered brick Doncaster home in Melbourne’s north east suburbs.

During the demolition of the existing home existing non compliant structural works had to also be rectified to meet Australian standards as well as a total rewire of the house and upgrade to most of the plumbing services of the home.
