Pool House Built In Melbourne

Mastercraft Construction were engaged by the Macleod family to build a weatherboard cladded pool house over looking an existing fiberglass in ground pool in the north eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Clients provided architectural plans and engineering for the poolhouse to be constructed with victorian period home features like ornamental cornice’s and a ceiling rose to tie in with the existing home’s characteristics. Merbau timber decking was used for the floor and steps.
Existing pool fencing was replaced with glass fencing while still being safe this gave a more open feel and flow from the original house to the newly built pool side entertaining area.
