Owners Glenn and Ariane approached Mastercraft Construction with their own architectural plans for an extension to the rear of this classic cream clinker brick, terracotta tiled roof 1950’s Heidleberg Heights home.
Mastercraft Construction were contracted out for the renovation of this tired Melbourne weatherboard home. A full external restoration was undertaken to restore this Californian Bungalow back into pristine condition with removal and replacement of all rotten timbers, new veranda posts, entry and back doors, jarrah timber deck to the rear, spouting, and painting of the exterior of the home.
This home extension was completed by Melbourne period home builders Mastercraft Constuction in 2014, all town planning approval, working drawings, engineering and building permits were supplied by the owner for an extension to the sideway of their single fronted Victorian period weatherboard home in Hawthorn East.
